Delete your account

In the app

1. Open Fuel Tracker UK on your Android phone or iPhone and sign in.
2. Go to the Settings tab and tap Delete account.
3. Confirm. Your account is deleted straight away and you’re signed out.

Uninstalling the app doesn’t delete your account; use the steps above first.

Without the app

If you only use fueltracker.uk on the web, or no longer have the app, email privacy@fueltracker.uk from the email address you signed up with and ask us to delete your account. If you signed in with Apple and chose to hide your email, tell us that and we’ll confirm it’s you before deleting anything. We delete the account within 30 days and reply to confirm.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes everything linked to it:

• your email address, name and profile picture, password, and the Google or Apple sign-in linked to it;
• your favourite stations, price alerts and the device token used to send you notifications;
• your saved preferences, such as your usual fuel;
• your station ratings and comments, and any comments you reported or reviewers you hid.

Fuel prices are public data from the UK Government’s Fuel Finder scheme and aren’t part of your account. To have a single rating removed without deleting your account, email us at the address above.
